Key position functions include:
• professionally represent Stream-Flo at the site, provide clients with an understanding of the products and services Stream Flo can provide, and develop sale opportunities for future services and product enhancement.
• Provide updates to the branch organization for the timing of the next upcoming equipment or services.
• Be visible to clients at the site level, by visiting customer rigs, production facilities, and field offices on a weekly basis
• Support the sales objectives, through understanding clients' ongoing operations and requirements for service support, product change, and or drill time ‘enhancement’
• Develop strong rapport with key customer representatives by ensuring the team delivers consistent customer service.
• Promote safe working practices in shop and field environments
• Identify and develop new revenue streams with existing customer accounts, via understanding at site level client’s requirements.
• Communicate customer needs to internal departments such as, Inside sales, Services, Engineering, and management
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• Support other organizational departments in troubleshooting and resolving field issues, ensuring all relevant departments are actively engaged in supporting solutions
• Report all activities and non-conformance via the company sales reporting database and quality systems.
• Assist in the training and development of employees
• Other duties as defined
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
• Minimum 5 years of related industry experience
• Minimum 3 years related experience in wellhead products and associated services
• Experience in frac operations in lieu of wellhead experience
• Computer literate- proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Highly self-motivated, team player
• This position will require the candidate to respond timely to the customer’s request ensuring the customer is supported as required during evenings and weekends. The fast pace of the USA's surface business environment and up-time requirements can result in challenging client situations. This role will have a call-out aspect and potential for unplanned travel.
• The role will involve frequent travel by road both during daylight and darkness. The role has extended periods of standing and walking as a critical aspect of the Field Sales Representative. The role is to visit client sites and monitor the ongoing work scopes. The role requires the individual to work outdoors in constant heat conditions and potential cold conditions. The candidate on occasion will be required to bend and twist to inspect the client’s onsite equipment. As necessary the role may deliver small components to the client sites, requiring component handling and lifting to 50lbs
